Meet Coach Chris

When I first started the work behind mindfulness, I was disconnected from my goals and felt as though they weren’t possible which caused my body and mind to suffer because of it. After being exhausted from putting myself through many cycles of life, I knew I needed a change. 

I fully devoted my time to intentionally changing my mindset, habits, and resolve by implementing specific mindfulness and reflective practices. 

After putting these tools into place, I was able to come up with a very structured and consistent routine that I am extremely proud of. I created key habit-forming practices that have completely transformed my life on all levels.
